Title and Summary
Manager, Products and Solutions OverviewCustomer Solution Center (CSC) enables Mastercard to develop better solutions & bundles for prioritized customer segments in markets. It is basically the housing for all Mastercard capabilities, and it aims to drive Mastercard growth, influence, and revenue by creating and selling compelling data-driven, scalable needs-based solutions to new and existing customers by tapping Mastercard's extensive toolbox of product and service offerings.
We are looking for Manager – Who will drive product solutioning and execute go-to-market strategy for Mastercard's new payment solutions (Pay by Account, Wallet Express, Xpays (Apple pay, Google Pay etc.), Click to Pay, Mastercard Payment Passkeys etc.) to advance Mastercard's multi-rail strategy. These solutions leverage a combination of Mastercard's card and account-based technologies, to enable multiple use cases such as personal payments, retail & e-commerce payments, and small business payments. This role reports to the VP - Products and Solutions (Digital Payments), Customer Solutions for Southeast Asia (SEA) division.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify account-to-account payment opportunities and defining use cases, both domestic and cross border within the SEA region. These are typically markets or payment flows dominated by bank transfers, wallets and other alternative payment methods (i.e. other than cards)
• Support the commercial strategy to leverage Mastercard's solutions and execute on go-to-market plan to realize new account-based payment flows and scale solutions like Xpays, Click To Pay, Mastercard Payment Passkeys, Secure Card on File, Tokenization and Authentication across markets in SEA.
• Become product subject matter expert by working with local and regional teams to develop strong understanding of the landscape, key players and participants in ecosystem and leverage our assets and solutions to address their payment requirements.
• Accountable for ensuring that business has the right product implementation assets, sales training and enablement tools and measurement tracking in focus markets to achieve the business' strategic objectives.
• Independently conduct client facing workshops, articulate use cases, understand market / client needs, and to localize product construct for the markets.
• Cross functional engagement with Account Sales, Product Delivery, Implementation, Digital Partnership, Legal and Compliance and other teams to deliver solutions & support go to market plans for NPP
• Embed Product Management Excellence and consumer insights in all product management activities
All About You
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Proficient in product development / product management and go-to-market activities in payment and technology companies
• Sound understanding of the diverse payment market nuances and industry trends in the Southeast Asia markets
• Rich experience within Digital Payments and Payment industry is preferred
• Excellent communications and presentation skills, including the ability to work with people across a matrix organization at all levels
• Strategic thinking, collaborative working style, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Understanding of Mastercard's and competitor's offerings is preferred
• Great interpersonal skills - the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across function
