Manager, Regional Product Management, Consulting Services Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Consulting Services Product Manager, you will be responsible to:
• Define and manage product strategy, blue-prints, constructs and roadmaps, customer experience, GTM, delivery and operations, KPIs and reporting, business case and product P&L
• Crystalize the value narrative of our consulting solutions, and articulate value stories for our consulting solutions, substantiated by historical performance and high impact case studies
• Apply knowledge, experience and expertise in the creation or enhancement of high-priority consulting solutions that could be implemented at scale by our Data & Services teams across AP
• In particular, design or enhance Consulting solutions for our fast-growing network sales channels, with large-scale opportunities across multiple Divisions in AP
• Foster strong internal and external partnerships to address key business challenges and opportunities across for Consulting Services in AP to evidence our strategic value to garner new business opportunities and engagements
• Be a Generalist Consultant advisor with internal and external stakeholders and guide when and how to best implement our large portfolio of consulting solutions and maximize customer value
• Support the development of lasting Consulting Services capabilities in our organization through formal training and hands-on support
• Contribute to thought leadership in evolving our Consulting Services products supporting the Global and Regional Consulting Services strategy
• Support the reporting of Consulting Services performance with our Divisions and our Global team

All About You

Bring expertise and motivation to drive scalable and practical go-to-market approaches for our rich and fast changing portfolio of Consulting solutions across AP
• Post Graduate / MBA in Business with proven complex and ambiguous problem solving experience
• Experience of shaping and delivering strategies for Financial Institutions or Payment Fintechs. Management Consulting experience highly preferred
• Demonstrable knowledge of effective P&L management
• Be a born story teller – superior skills to build product and sales narrative, influence and generate excitement and commercial interest among internal and external stakeholders
• Extremely strong in building relationships and managing stakeholders
• Naturally curious with attention to details, able to rapidly learn about new topics and explain them in clear terms
• Strong analytical capability, advanced Power-point and Excel skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Highly collaborative, able to simplify and not afraid to take thoughtful risks to help Mastercard and the team win in the space
