Title and Summary

Manager, Specialist Sales - Transfer Solutions, Central Europe Overview
Mastercard has a vision to building and strengthening a leadership position as the only truly multi-rail payments technology company across the globe including Europe.
Therefore, the Mastercard Move Europe team is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager focusing on driving long-term and short-term strategic initiatives in commercializing Mastercard Move across Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
Your role will involve crafting compelling value propositions, developing go-to-market strategies, driving business development, and collaborating with local account management teams & customer solutions centres. You'll also maintain a constant alignment with the regional product team to ensure our products evolve to meet the division's needs.

Role
In this client-facing position, you will:
• Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE for the Assigned Targets, i.e. verticals and customers.
• Build and maintain the BD plan for the Assigned Targets.
• Develop tailored value proposition and TS narrative for the Assigned Targets.
• Work in close relationship with all stakeholders (e.g. local and divisional BD teams, Market Development, Digital Partnership, Enterprise Partnership) to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities, select prospects, and achieve sales targets.
• Support the Regional Team defining, tracking, reporting and communicating commercial and financial KPIs (leading activities related to Assigned Target)
• Build business cases, develop new business models, sign agreements / partnership to improve Transfer Solutions' footprint and competitiveness in the Assigned Target.
• Maintain Budgeting cycle updated and aligned with the Strategy for Assigned Targets (including definition of targets, KPIs and forecasting)
• Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies
• Advocates for and champions Mastercard MOVE internally and externally
• Work in close relationship with the regional product's team to maintain constant alignment on local markets needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have a proven track record of managing sales objectives across multiple markets
• Have experience developing and executing business development across different payment types, technologies and customer segments
• Have experience executing strategies into clear action plans in multiple markets
• Have Knowledge of Cross Border payments Business, market economics and dynamics of FX (i.e., through having worked in transaction / correspondent banking or Money Transfer Organizations)
• Have relationship management skills
• Have a successful track record managing P&L and sales objectives for multiple markets
• Have experience managing senior-level relationship
• Consulting background is a plus
• Be a Strong and confident writer and speaker, to effectively communicate your feedback to stakeholders
