NOC Engineer Overview

Dynamic Yield, By Mastercard, is on the lookout for a NOC Engineer, student position. When it comes to understanding business, products, and technology, our NOC Engineers have a high level of production pipelines orientation. This role requires the ability to prioritize and multitask, solve problems on the spot and manage incidents professionally with CS and R&D.
In short, this is a role for someone with the business and technological acumen balanced with the communication skills of a diplomat.

Role

Our NOC Engineers monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively manage customer engagements through technical analysis and outstanding communication skills in multiple channels. Successful NOC Engineers will also come equipped with proven analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay level-headed and comply with tight deadlines.
NOC team in Dynamic Yield grows fast and achieves constant recognition for self-operations and problem-solving. This requires a basic background in cloud providers and client-server protocols.

All About You

- Sc. or another related degree student with at least 4 semesters until graduation - a Must
- Ability to work 3 shifts per week
- Scripting/programming knowledge
- Familiarity with website building HTML, JavaScript and SQL.
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with cloud providers and client-server protocols
- Experience with monitoring and support systems
- Experience in a multinational organisation
