Overview:
Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) Platform is a global platform for accessing business insights, thought leadership and data visualization tools (leveraging client's portfolio data). It serves as a single-entry point to connected 30+ Mastercard Services solutions, offering a seamless, personalized experience. With a marketplace-like model, users can explore, access, and subscribe to any service available in their region with just one click

Role:
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and operations, of the MBI Platform. You will lead product evaluations, oversee content and functionality, setup operational excellence and drive internal alignment to ensure the platform evolves in step with Mastercard's business priorities and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Assessment & Prioritization
Evaluate new product and expansion requests based on strategic fit, value proposition, and relevance to the MBI portfolio. Recommend prioritization to maximize impact and alignment.
• Offering Management & Opportunity Identification
Oversee MBI's product offering by mapping it against issuer, acquirer, and emerging client needs. Identify gaps, overlaps, and areas for enhancement; monitor competitors and best practices.
• Distribution & Visibility Strategy
Support the development of MBI's distribution model and incentive structures. Define and optimize the monetization approach for a sustainable growth, aligned with business objectives.
• Operational excellence
Design, implement, and refine processes to ensure efficient marketplace operations and high-quality service to internal clients. Leverage best practices from leading digital platforms.
• Quality Assurance Leadership & Content Governance
Conduct regular audits of platform content, UX, and functionality. Manage issue resolution and propose longer-term improvements. Review publications to uphold standards in accuracy and user experience.
• Strategic materials
Create and maintain MBI collaterals—including sales materials, use cases, and onboarding tools—to support internal teams and drive adoption. Develop clear, insightful presentations and briefing materials tailored for senior executives to effectively communicate key messages and progress.
• Internal stakeholder engagement & alignment
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product owners and business leads. Manage internal communications to ensure alignment, timely updates, and engagement.

About you:
• Proven experience managing global projects and executing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive to deadlines.
• Understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and business intelligence.
• Effective communicator, capable of bridging business and technical teams with clarity and precision.
• Confident and decisive, with the ability to advocate for standards and solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and service delivery.
• Proficient in presentation, documentation, productivity and AI tools.
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a consulting or platform product environment is a plus
