Title and Summary

Product Manager, Global Merchant Commercialization Overview
The Mastercard Checkout Services Go to Market team is looking for a Product Manager to commercialize and scale our online checkout soultions across global merchants and channel partners to drive our digital agenda. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, analytical, with a commercial mindset and project management skills.

Role
In this role, the candidate will:

• Influence the development of global merchant product sales and engagement strategies for online acceptance products
• Assist in the development and management of a data-driven sales and engagement pipeline for global or cross-regional merchants that support the scaling of online acceptance products
• Create and manage account plans to support online acceptance objectives related to global merchants
• Provide subject matter expertise on online acceptance products and/or segment of products and support identification of product innovation opportunities
• Create customized presentation materials for global customer demonstrations and sales opportunities
• Report trends, competitor intelligence and developments to stakeholders
• Analyze business opportunities, identify new customers and merchant verticals, support internal business case development for investment in key merchants, and coordinate global initiatives to enhance consumer awareness through merchant enablement
• Identifiy and address product gaps required to support key merchant segments or global merchant needs
• Support key channel partner management and growth planning related to global merchant opportunities
• Understand Mastercard's business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue delivery and cost efficiency
• Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Demonstrate strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen
• Be able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies
• Possess strong interpersonal abilities and adeptness in building and nurturing relationships.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences of varied technical ability
• Possess the ability to leverage data not only for generating reports and analysis but also for crafting compelling narratives that convey insights effectively.
• Familiarity and prior experience collaborating with merchants, payment service providers, and payment gateways are beneficial assets
