Title and Summary

Research Manager Overview
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a dynamic and rapidly growing capability designed to meet the evolving needs of clients through high-quality research support. Our mission is to deliver value by transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Research Manager to join our European team, based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Role Responsibilities
Over 8 years of hands-on experience in primary research, including:
Quantitative research: survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis
Qualitative research: designing and conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, online forums, etc.
At least 2 years of experience leading research teams and managing project delivery
Proven experience in banking, payments, financial services, digital technology, or related industries is highly desirable
Background in a research agency or consulting environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, insightful presentations and reports
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

All About You
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Demonstrated success across a variety of research projects and methodologies
Languages: Fluency in English and German is required
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
