Role
Senior Analyst, Value Enablement & Optimization

This is a techno-functional position that combines strong technical skills with a deep understanding of business needs and requirements with 5+ years of experience.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining advanced value quantification frameworks for various key products. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing value frameworks, connecting and aligning with stakeholders and internal teams. The role requires close collaboration across teams to ensure the solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, a collaborative team player and an innovative problem solver who is passionate about driving impactful insights. Experience in the payments industry will be a strong plus.

All About You

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing strategy, customer success, or related fields, ideally within the payments, financial services, or technology sectors (experience in payments industry is a strong plus).
• Proven track record of developing and scaling data-driven tools and frameworks with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in using SQL or Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for building analytics solutions.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models to enhance predictive insights and automate workflows is a good-to-have.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentation development.
• Project Management: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and promote a knowledge-sharing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees (MBA, Master's, or certifications in analytics, data science) are preferred.
