Senior Specialist, Product Growth and Partnerships | Mastercard Job Profile: Senior Specialist, Product Operations
Overview:
Mastercard's Advanced Analytics program delivers world-class data insights, experimentation tools, and consulting services to customers across the globe. Within this group, the Global Product team is expanding its Advanced Analytics Program - a key initiative that powers smarter decision-making across the ecosystem.
We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Growth and Partnerships to help drive the commercialization and expansion of Advanced Analytics' portfolio. This role will focus on developing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partner-led growth initiatives that accelerate our commercial goals.
Partners play a unique and critical role in the Advanced Analytics ecosystem. These include organizations that enhance the functionality of our solutions and extend our reach to end users. Often acting as intermediaries, partners use our products to deliver value-added services to their own customers. Their needs differ from traditional customers, requiring tailored solutions that align with their business models and operational frameworks.
Role and responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Channel Sales and Partnerships team to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies for partner sales and enablement.
Drive adoption of products into the Mastercard Network by building strong business cases and leading the end-to-end process - from opportunity identification through to execution.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and deliverables across legal, sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Conduct market sizing and opportunity assessments to uncover new growth areas and identify the ideal partner and customer profiles based on business needs.
Develop compelling sales narratives, product collateral, joint value propositions, engagement models, and pricing options to equip and support sales teams.
Model partner strategies for channel sales, including incentive structures and commercial rationale.
Support partner onboarding and ongoing success by acting as the voice of the partner - translating feedback into actionable product enhancements.
Lead the development of innovative pricing strategies, including joint solution pricing, geo-based pricing models, and improvements to existing pricing frameworks.
Grow the partnerships business by deepening relationships with new and existing partners and driving joint initiatives, co-selling, and enablement activities.
All about you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnerships, Payment Network Services, or Strategy Consulting.
Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker with strong storytelling and communication skills.
Experience working closely with commercial teams - whether in direct sales, sales enablement, or sales support - is a plus.
Skilled at sourcing, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Experience in roles related to digital media, advertising, or credit risk underwriting would be considered an advantage.
