Senior Specialist, Product Management Overview: Mastercard is a global technology company. The Digital Transformation and Optimization team is part of Consumer Solutions. We are responsible for optimizing payment solutions and for driving transaction authorization improvement for digital transactions globally. We do this by being consumer centric for our products and services and being relevant in all consumer money flows.

This is a global facing Senior Specialist role that will focus on improving Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) customer and product performance. This Product Success Specialist position will be responsible for improving customer data quality by working directly internal and external customer stakeholders to recommend actions for ABU customers to improve their data quality and interaction with the service to increase performance to increase approval rates.

In addition, the Senior Specialist will provide technical sales support, work with internal operations and account teams to ensure customer impacting production challenges are quickly resolved, and provide internal and external customer support for product queries, and manage standard ABU monthly reporting.

An ideal candidate must have strong organization and technical skills to learn the account updater service and be able to effectively collaborate and liaise with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure measurable changes are being made by customers, efficiently manage multiple priorities and demands, and clearly report on results.

Knowledge / Experience
• Run monthly standard reporting and custom reporting
• Provide customer insights and recommendations based on the reporting and work with customers to improve their data quality
• Product support
• Technical sales support
• Working knowledge of payment card industry
• Working knowledge of product management, project management & financial services (preferred)
• Ability to quickly orchestrate internal teams to quickly resolve customer impacting production issues
• Experience working with internal partners across functional areas
• Experience working with external issuers, acquirers, and merchants (preferred)
• Experience with reporting and providing actionable insights based on data analysis
• Experience with APIs and bulk/batch file mechanics

Skills/ Abilities
• Highly collaborative & self-driven individual that can successfully operate within a team environment
• Strong time management, organization, detail orientation, task initiation, planning, follow-up and prioritization
• Ability to query databases and use business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) to support product team needs and customer usage research.
• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal business partners globally
• Ability to interact and coordinate with external customers and merchants/PSPs
• Ability to quickly and efficiently interact with internal teams such as ABU BizOps team, ABU engineering team, GFT to quickly resolve customer impacting production issues
• Ability to effectively manage multiple functions & priorities

Education
• A bachelors university degree in business, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience (required)
