Mastercard Payment Services (MPS) is a regulated business delivering critical account‑to‑account infrastructure across Europe. As we enter a multi‑year growth phase, we're seeking a visionary product leader to drive the next evolution of A2A services — shaping national and cross‑border payment ecosystems, advancing innovation in bill payments, eCommerce and embedded finance, and delivering meaningful impact at scale.

MPS powers key national services including eFaktura and Avtalegiro in Norway, Betalingsservice in Denmark, and real‑time payment infrastructure in multiple Central European markets. As customer needs and digital payment behaviours evolve, we are building the next generation of A2A products that will support millions of consumers and businesses across the region.

We are now searching for an exceptional senior product executive to lead our unified Bill Pay and Real‑Time Payments product strategy.

Your Opportunity

As SVP, Product Management, you will report directly to the CEO of Mastercard Payment Services and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will have the mandate and influence to define the long term direction of A2A products across multiple markets.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the unified strategy for Bill Pay, Real Time Payments, and emerging A2A services

• Inspire and grow high performing product teams
• Partner with regulators, engineering, regional organisations, and strategic partners
• Shape new capabilities, features, and propositions that drive innovation and growth
• Represent MPS externally as a recognised industry leader

About the Role

You will:

• Develop and execute the end to end product strategy, unifying Bill Pay and RTP into a scalable, next generation suite of services
• Sustain and grow MPS's market leading position while driving expansion into new segments
• Lead, motivate, and develop the MPS product organisation
• Partner across the business to ensure regulatory alignment, market readiness, and successful delivery
• Identify and activate new features, partnerships, and commercial opportunities
• Influence senior stakeholders internally and externally at an executive level

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps, vision, and value propositions
• Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring high quality customer and market outcomes
• Drive operational excellence and customer first design
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies that accelerate commercial growth
• Engage with regulators, partners, industry bodies, and enterprise customers
• Oversee product teams and cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution

About You

You're a strategic, inspiring product executive with:
• Proven experience leading large scale product organisations and driving product led growth
• Deep payments expertise (A2A, RTP, digital payments, or financial infrastructure)
• Strong commercial instinct and track record of delivering measurable results
• Ability to navigate complex, regulated, multi market environments
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
