Title and Summary

Services Strategy Acceleration Director 1. Overview
This position is designed to be a strategic supporter and operational coordinator, aiding our LAC Regional Services Lead (RSL) in ensuring alignment, execution, and communication across. This role is paramount in managing critical deliverables, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, preparing RSL & the leadership team for critical meetings, and operationalizing strategic initiatives. This is not just a planning role — it's a builder, driver, and integrator position for a hands-on leader who can turn strategy into execution, and execution into measurable impact. The Director will partner closely with Finance and Services LAC Leadership Team to help ensure alignment across key stakeholders.

2. Role
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives as well as critical deliverables. Ensure alignment across departments and track progress against key milestones
• Executive Support: preparing briefing materials, synthesizing insights, and facilitating decision-making
• Operational Oversight: participating in cross-functional projects, streamline internal processes, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Track projects and interest areas of senior leaders to ensure follow-through
• Communications & Culture: serve as a liaison between leadership and the broader organization, ensuring clear, consistent communication and reinforcing area values.
• Financials and budget: partner with Finance in the management of budget and the coordination of key financial decisions

3. All about you/experience
• 5+ years business experience ideally with strategy roles or consulting experience
• MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred;
• Experience in strategy development and execution, , business evaluation, competitive benchmarking, and financial / business case modelling;
• Knowledge of payments and our Mastercard/Services business is preferred;
• Experience driving strategic efforts to impact business decisions;
• Have ability to influence and lead others by example through strong leadership, communication, consensus
building and interpersonal skills;
• Can facilitate decision making with senior executives driving difficult conversations for productive outcomes;
• Self-driven with high ownership and discipline to ensure progress on track;
• Can drive multiple projects with multiple international teams concurrently.
Language: Fluent english required; Spanish preferred
