Title and Summary

Specialist, Product Management Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution

The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond.

A critical area within Identity Solutions is digital products team that is chartered with creating the Admin experiences and dashboards that our customers use to understand product usage and manage users, Configuration experience for our internal stakeholders as well as a stand-alone UX application that manual review teams use to tackle the most complex use-cases. The team is seeking a Product Specialist, Product Management for the Digital Products and Dashboards. The Product specialist will be responsible for:

Role:

• Product Development: Guide products from ideation to launch with a focus on user experience.
• Conduct User Research: Perform usability testing and gather insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Designers: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance user experience.
• Prioritize Features: Define and prioritize product features based on user feedback and business goals.
• Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Analyze Metrics: Assess product performance and user engagement to identify improvement areas.
• Communicate Vision: Effectively share product vision and updates with stakeholders and team members.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and product management.

About You:

• Ability to communicate effectively with other Product Managers, UX designer, development and business teams (Customer Success, Customer Support, Privacy and Security)
• Strong written and verbal communication; can effectively articulate product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Past experience in UX product management, analyzing metrics is an asset.
• Strong technical analysis and documentation skills (Functional, Technical, Interface Specifications, User Stories)
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide direction towards resolution

Vancouver, Canada: $73,000 - $117,000 CAD
