Overview
Real-Time Payments (RTP) offer immediate funds transfer and detailed messaging options for Account to Account (A2A) payments and are critical to Mastercard's journey for Multi-Rail Payments. Real Time Payments are categorized as Critical National Infrastructure for respective countries' and requires a high benchmark of resilience, availability, quality, and scalability.
The Candidate plays a pivotal role in driving commercial success through Understanding product roadmaps and strategies, and translating this into commercially viable go-to market approaches and collaterals. Enabling enablement initiatives, , and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports the sales and Product organization by equipping teams with the tools, insights, and resources needed to effectively position and sell products, while also ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement enablement programs that enhance sales team effectiveness, including training materials, playbooks, and competitive insights aligned with product capabilities and customer pain points.
Product Support & Readiness
Partner closely with Product Management to ensure sales teams are equipped with timely updates, feature overviews, and positioning guidance for new releases and enhancements.
Customer & Market Insights
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development priorities.
Content Development & Messaging
Create and maintain sales collateral, product one-pagers, FAQs, and presentation decks tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the sales cycle.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track enablement program effectiveness and event outcomes, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and overall impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product, Communications, and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience in sales enablement, product support
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver impactful programs.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in enablement and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, project management platforms).
