Title and Summary

Specialist, Product Manager, Test & Learn Commercialization Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge products and services that help our customers. Focused on thinking big and scaling quickly around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Test & Learn
As a member of the Test & Learn Product Management team, you will build industry-leading experimentation software which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. We are rapidly building new products, improving existing products, and expanding the ways we deliver Test & Learn to our clients. We are looking for innovators who can execute and evolve our product strategy, tackling the big challenges of the future. This role will focus on commercialization efforts, supporting our go to market strategy across existing and new Test & Learn products to evangelize our products' value proposition to internal and external partners.

Position Responsibilities
• Grow an analytic platform used by the world's largest organizations to make multi-million-dollar decisions. Develop a deep understanding of our users and connect their use cases to specific products and features. Leverage user research, market research, sales/marketing knowledge, and usage data to inform decisions.
• Partner with marketing, sales and client teams to drive customer growth. Leverage sales feedback, data and other customer-based evidence to enhance Test & Learn's go-to-market value proposition
• Stay up to date on market trends and client needs to continually adapt improve go to market strategy
• Coordinate the development of marketing and sales enablement materials, such as whitepapers, articles, case studies, infographics, interactive data visualizations, social media content and foundational sales materials to support sales teams
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional product teams to bring ideas to life. Identify problems, define use cases, design solutions/requirements, and measure success to inform future decisions.
