Title and Summary
Sr Analyst, Lead Generation & Strategic Events Overview:We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by curating strategic target audiences and supporting B2B event execution.
Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, requiring a performance-driven mindset and a strong ability to navigate internal stakeholders. You will leverage data and tools to identify the right audiences, streamline processes, and ensure that our B2B events and experiences directly contribute to business growth and broader organizational priorities.
Role:
Lead audience targeting strategy for B2B events, including segmentation, tiering, and ongoing optimization to ensure alignment with business objectives and lead generation goals.
Develop and manage target audience workflows — curate strategic guest lists, coordinate invitations, track RSVPs, and ensure all data flows seamlessly into Salesforce for sales follow-up.
Partner across Sales, Integrated Marketing & Communications, and the Office of the President to align audience target strategies with business priorities.
Build, maintain, and improve standardized processes for guest management, event targeting, compliance, and reporting.
Manage partner hosting logistics in collaboration with Sponsorship and key properties.
Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure events are on schedule, within scope, and compliant.
Deliver measurement and reporting that capture lead generation outcomes, pipeline impact, and operational learnings.
Anticipate risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth delivery under tight deadlines.
Support first-party events through end-to-end support on execution, such as venue/vendor research, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
All About You:
Experience in sales support, business development, or marketing with a focus on targeting, lead generation, or CRM strategy.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a passion for efficiency and accuracy.
Strong collaborator and communicator, skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders.
Ability to create and executing processes that simplify work and drive efficiency.
Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems), with the ability to manage, track, and analyze invitee and lead data.
Comfortable working under pressure and balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.
Curious and adaptable, with a growth mindset.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and adapts under pressure.
