Program Overview:
Mastercard Settings program empowers customers to seamlessly onboard and configure your product to their specific needs by providing guided workflows and enabling customers to test their configuration before going live.
Mastercard Settings Program manages Parameter Management (Internal), Simulator License Generation Program (SLGP-Market facing), Simulators and Test Tools (Internal), Switch Configuration Manager and Switch Configuration Data Services (Internal) products.

Responsibilities
• Assists in the planning, execution, and delivery for a component of a project from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program
• Assists in the construction and maintenance of integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays
• Assists in the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery within an existing delivery framework
• Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communications. Provides ongoing communications and updates with associated data.
• Asks right questions from peers, managers, or stakeholders to provide direction on delivery
• Builds expertise in a domain (software engineering, data center, security, operations, etc.)
• Knows when to reley on developers or SMEs for deeper conversations inside and outside the team.
All About You

Ability to break down challenges, organize work, plan sprints utilizing Agile methodologies while always looking for potential solutions to solve problems.
• Experience in developing and deploying Power BI dashboards.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Experience in building KPI reports and providing insights to Leadership team.
• Understanding of application/product Software development life cycle.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and respect across all levels.
• Understanding of ALM Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage project priorities effectively.
• Ability to clearly explain technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.

Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $57,000 - $95,000 USD
