Make an impact as a Technical Program Management (TPM) Intern:
The Decision Management Platform (DMP) is part of the Artificial Intelligence & Decision Product Enablement (AI & DPE) Program and is embedded in the Mastercard network, processing all authorization, clearing, and authentication transactions. DMP powers over 30 products and services and features high-volume, real-time decision processing using business rules and AI models. It enables tracking historical trends, injecting offline analytics, and providing unified transaction views for analytics and business intelligence dashboards.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Intern you will gain hands-on experience in program management, technology delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work on projects that enhance efficiency, automation, and best practices while contributing to global initiatives.
Program Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree only with a latest expected graduation date of June 2027
• Evidence of strong academics
• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
• Ability to partner across the organization
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
• Knowledge of project management principles preferred
• Understanding of technology tools and their deployment/implementation preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools (eg: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, AHA, Figma, or similar tools) is preferred
• Experience with Automation tools (eg: Power BI, Easy BI, or similar tools) would be ideal

Weekly Salary: $985 CAD weekly + Sign On Bonus
