Title and Summary

Vice President, Account to Account Risk Solutions - Global Product Management Overview
The Financial Crime Solutions team is looking for a Vice President, A2A Risk Solutions Product Management, to help drive delivery of our money mule prevention products, roadmap and strategy by working with third party partners and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our customers to reduce fraud/scams, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and support the ongoing success of our A2A Risk Solutions, by providing valuable product leadership, support, and helping shape the next phase of development on our roadmap. Through collaboration, strategic analysis and innovative thinking, this role will help strengthen our position in the market for money mule prevention solutions and provide unique learnings in an ever-evolving landscape.

Role
• Develop and deliver product vision, strategy and roadmap for the money mule prevention products they support, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Serves as an industry fraud expert for global markets to determine new needs and innovations that differentiate Mastercard Customer Value Proposition and scale revenue
• Grows and develops team of talented leaders; leads department in development and completion of objectives and assess management staff against established measures
• Deploy test & learn experimentation to ensure that the end user and customer experience is continuously optimized
• Take accountability, ensuring the success and delivery of key product enhancements
• Participate with stakeholders in cross-functional teams (e.g. Data Science, Engineering) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives
• Understand regulations and localization needs impacting our business, establish foundational global implementations
• Drive strategic and financial planning efforts to support revenue achievement and effective executive updates.

All About You
• Strong experience of implementing fraud and money mules prevention strategies within a banking environment or within a financial crime risk management function.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects, particularly building out new functional capabilities, navigating stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Experience working with external fraud vendors, developing business cases to seek investments.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet project constraints (budget, deadlines, etc.)
• Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
• Understand Mastercard's business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue delivery and cost efficiency
• Incorporate and understanding of the broader payments ecosystem into ongoing product management (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive, technology environment etc.)
• Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions
• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices
• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)
