The Role

The Vice President, Network Optimization & Analytics will lead revenue optimization and revenue assurance, maximizing the performance and profitability of the network distribution channel in the LAC Services organization, and delivering measurable value to customers. This leader is also responsible for the modelling and analytics that support all pricing proposals in Services.
Reporting to the SVP, Network Services LAC, this leader will work closely with Finance, Pricing, Products, and with key stakeholders at global and regional levels to deliver a unified revenue management framework that drives scalable growth and financial integrity through data-driven insight and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of product value drivers, regional business acumen, and the ability to establish strong relationships with the markets to design the right pricing models that align customer, product, and market goals.

In this role, you will:

Network Performance Optimization
• Analyze the network portfolio's performance to identify optimization opportunities, usage trends, and commercial improvement levers.
• Lead data-driven initiatives to improve utilization, throughput, and assets monetization
• Partner with Products, Finance and Pricing teams to establish KPIs, measure impact, and enhance channel-level profitability.
• Manage fund allocation and financial oversight for network projects to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with governance standards.
Revenue Management & Assurance
• Lead the design and execution of a revenue management to track, protect, and optimize revenue realization across all network initiatives.
• Oversee revenue assurance programs, monitoring usage, identifying leakage, and implementing corrective actions to improve yield and profitability.
• Drive waiver management, conversion programs, winback and whitespace initiatives, enforcing commercial discipline and maximizing recovered value.
GTM Governance & Execution
• Design proposals and business cases for new programs, collaborating with Products, Finance, and Pricing to quantify commercial impact, ROI, and scalability.
• Coordinate syndication and approval processes for network optimization initiatives, ensuring timely alignment with market leadership teams.
• Oversee the planning, rollout, and communication of network optimization programs — including bulletin releases, internal updates, and stakeholder engagement.
Modelling & Analytics
• Lead the modelling and analytics team to prepare pricing models, revenue simulations including customer impact, and iterate with the inputs and feedback from the markets.
• Oversee the products and initiatives revenue forecast, with detailed projections by product line and division.
• Partner and align with Finance, Pricing, and Global Network Services on reporting standards, forecasting accuracy, and tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategy, prioritization, and corrective action.

All About You
• 10 to 15 years in Product Management, Pricing/ Revenue Operations, or Consulting, ideally in Payments, SaaS or Platform businesses
• Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Proven experience leading revenue management, assurance, and go-to-market governance in payments, fintech, or large-scale networked businesses. Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable growth and optimization initiatives.
• Analytical & Quantitative Strength – Advanced proficiency in data analysis, portfolio analytics, and business case modeling, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear commercial recommendations.
• Financial Acumen – Deep understanding of revenue assurance, budgeting, and financial governance, with experience managing fund allocation and optimizing financial performance across multiple projects or channels.
• Project & Execution Excellence – Strong organizational and project-management skills to oversee complex network rollouts, GTM programs, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable impact.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence – Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders across Finance, Pricing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Success, as well as external partners.
• Technical & Network Understanding – Familiarity with network technologies, distribution architectures, and commercialization models, enabling effective decision-making across technical and commercial domains.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation – Creative and solution-oriented thinker capable of identifying optimization opportunities and developing innovative approaches to improve network performance and revenue capture.
• Communication & Leadership Presence – Skilled at presenting complex information with clarity, preparing effective rollout plans and communications, and inspiring confidence across internal and external audiences. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

Miami, Florida: $200,000 - $320,000 USD
