Overview
• The Americas Strategy & Operations team leads key strategic initiatives for the region, provides analytics and insights to drive business results, monitors risks, assists with the articulation of the US, Canada and Latin America strategies and progress against them, and manages the business administration function supporting the President of Americas.
• The Vice President of Strategy and Operations for Americas will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across Americas; including assessing both forward looking risks and opportunities. Additionally will be responsible for numerous executive level presentations representing the Americas region.
Role
• Strategy Development: Design, execute actionable strategies as needed tailored to the needs of the Americas region informed by industry best practices, quantitative analysis, and qualitative insights.
• Assess forward-looking strategies, including both opportunities and risks for the Americas Region.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and working across cross functional teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports at the executive level representing narrative of Americas region.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide clients with forward-thinking perspectives.
All About You
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in a consulting, advisory, or relevant industry role.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and presentation software.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to new industries, markets, and client cultures.
• Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
