Job Title

VP, Employee Access Management - (Privileged, Physical, and Authentication)Overview

The Employee Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Program is responsible to provide for services to support internal staff physical and logical access to MasterCard systems and applications.

The VP of EIAM - Privileged, Physical, and Authentication systems will be responsible for the strategy, definition, and implementation of our privileged, physical, and authentication services.


Lead technology teams that deliver privileged, physical, and authentication / authorization services.

Be responsible for full life cycle of systems support including budgeting, staffing, and delivery.

Represent services to stakeholders including end users, other operations and technology teams, finance, and HR.

Manage service delivery including strategy, prioritization, design, engineering, testing, and go live.

Manage production health including up time, performance, resiliency, logging, monitoring, vulnerabilities,

About You

Experience managing complex systems

Experience with identity and access systems such as
CyberArk, Hashicorp, Honeywell, ISAM, SecureID is a plus

Experience with monitoring and auditing security entitlements
