Title and Summary
VP, Growth and Revenue Initiatives Role OverviewThe Vice President, Growth and Revenue Initiatives will be responsible for identifying, designing, and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue acceleration and portfolio expansion across Mastercard's South Asia markets. This role will serve as a key member of the CSC leadership team, working closely with product, digital, acceptance, and commercial teams to unlock new flows, optimize existing revenue streams, and future-proof Mastercard's market position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of growth strategies across core and emerging revenue streams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement monetization models for consumer cards, digital flows, tokenization, commercial cards
Represent Mastercard in high-level engagements with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
Monitor competitive trends and market shifts to inform proactive business interventions.
Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on innovation, agility, and measurable outcomes.
Engaging with key suppliers for card holder benefits across hospitality, airport experience, travel and lifestyle entities
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or digital commerce, with a strong focus on revenue strategy and business development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfort with data and financial modelling.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
