Title and Summary

VP of Identity, Fraud and Cybersecurity Solutions OVERVIEW;
The successful candidate will become part of a high functioning product and solutions team for Mastercard Canada, dedicated to delivering a robust, secure and resilient solution set. The ideal candidate will help define, enhance, and implement Mastercard's portfolio of identity, fraud, and cybersecurity capabilities, while ensuring consistent administration of, standards, procedures, and controls to effectively improve security posture.

As the VP of Identity, Fraud, and Cybersecurity Solutions, you will lead the product team responsible for developing and delivering innovative portfolio of solutions tailored to the Canadian market. You will be a part of a team playing a crucial role in designing, implementing and overseeing end to end customer solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving product penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, product management excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, driving sales efforts, and ensuring continuous improvement of products and services to meet evolving market demands.



ROLE:
- Lead the Identity, Fraud, and Cybersecurity product team for Canada, driving product development and localization efforts.
- Develop and execute Go to market strategies, in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to position Mastercard's portfolio of solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
- Provide specialized service and technical expertise to support account management and market development teams.
- Relay customer feedback and insights to global product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer data to optimize operations and drive value for both Mastercard and customers.
- Participate in customer planning and product prioritization processes to develop relevant digital offerings.
- Utilize consultative selling processes to identify customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant groups to develop compelling business cases and deliver quantifiable solutions.
- Represent Mastercard in industry forums, promoting the digital vision and cybersecurity strategy for the Canadian market.



ALL ABOUT YOU:
- Track record of embedding security solutions in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Deep knowledge and experience in the digital identity, payment fraud and / or cybersecurity space, with a proven track record in supporting technical product sales.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and communicate direction effectively.
- Consultative problem-solving skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the financial industry, payments, identity, and fraud products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and operate with a sense of urgency.
- Ethical and customer-focused with a passion for excellence.
- Familiarity with emerging payments space and competitive landscape.
- Previous experience working with regulators and presenting at the board level is a plus.
