Title and Summary

VP, Product Management - Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Responsibilities
o Drive execution of market plans across a portfolio of new and fast growing C&I Solutions
o Oversee the timely development, refresh and implementation of market level network solutions plans
o Build out, at market level, value chain participants and key dependencies
o Define metrics (and key tactical steps) from which to gauge successful execution of market plans
• Develop and drive a consolidated view of possible partnership / investment / acquisition targets to support strategies
o Provide perspective and strategic rationale, synergy considerations and prioritization of possible targets
o Assess processing expansion plans in the context of relevance to market needs

Requirements
• Experience developing and executing actionable market strategies that span business units, corporate strategies and creating implementation plans
• Product Management excellence combined with strong project management ability is critical.
• Cross-functional leadership experience managing multiple, complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines
• Ability to network outside MasterCard to develop partnerships and leads for M&A
• Knowledge of the local processing industry, understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends a plus – culturally attuned to local markets, fluent in local language
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis and synthesize large amounts of data, and provide recommendations effectively
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility; team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners
• Technology savvy; close collaboration with Operations and Technology and future processing businesses
• Ability to embrace complexity, but deliver/articulate simplicity
