Senior Human Resources Business Analyst Medical City Healthcare
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, from various sources, in order to track, trend and interpret Human Resources data to support decision making. Responsibilities include building and maintaining HR Dashboards at defined intervals. The analyst partners with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Project management and Performance Improvement to create dashboards, providing regular departmental reports, auditing for compliance and tracking and trending data.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, accounting or healthcare preferred.
- Extensive Excel and Power Point skills required.
- Lawson, Business Objects and Power BI experience preferred
- Must have good analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Advanced/Expert user in Excel (Pivot table, Lookups, If Statements, Complex Worksheets) and Power Point to ensure that data is presented in a clear and concise manner
