The Unit Clerk performs clerical and receptionist duties necessary for the productive operation of the specified patient care area assigned

  • Performs receptionist duties in a courteous and cooperative manner
  • Reports observations, results of procedures/lab work and patient/physician needs to the appropriate person
  • Accurately orders supplies/equipment based on department needs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • 1+ years of experience Unit Secretary/Health Unit Coordinator
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required
