General Summary of Position
Responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's data management and analytics initiatives. Developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity and leveraging analytics to drive business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance policies, data assets and drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes. The main areas of focus wlll be: Data Strategy and Planning, Data Governance, Data Architecture and Infrastructure, Data Integration and Transformation, Analytics and Business Intelligence, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Collaboration and Compliance and Security:

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health or a related field required or
- Master's degree Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health or a related field preferred
Experience
- 3-4 years Experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or health plan setting. required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Statistical analysis tools
- Data visualization tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to diverse audiences
