General Summary of Position
Responsible for the preparation of the patient, conducting various electroneurodiagnostic studies and the collection of information pertinent to the interpretations of tests.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required or
- Associate's degree preferable in a related science field preferred
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience
- Less than 1 year 6 months experience working in the neurodiagnostic field. required
- One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Licenses and Certifications
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Current knowledge of basic EEG, evoked-potentials and nerve conduction studies.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
- Able to establish good rapport with patients, public and the staff.
- Must be comfortable conducting studies on severely ill patients.
This position has a hiring range of $25.35 - $44.55
