General Summary of Position
The Integrations Lead will drive execution across the Digital Transformation roadmap. The Integrations Lead will report to the AVP of Data & Integrations and will serve as the technical expert for various administrative, digital, or clinical applications related to Digital Transformation. This role will direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of these applications, including but not limited to requirements definition, process and use documentation, product testing, product troubleshooting, product upgrades, and report development. The Integrations Lead will partner closely with the internal and external stakeholders to define the integration and maintenance approach required to support various high value use cases.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field required
Experience
- 5-7 years technical experience preferably in a healthcare or business environment. required
- 5-7 years experience in application integrations, API's, and software development required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting application integrations in a healthcare setting
- Experience configuring and supporting application software and related systems in a healthcare setting.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting application integrations across clinical and business processes
- Experience leading projects with moderate to high complexity
- Proficient in HL7/FHIR and related concepts (i.e. APIs, REST, SOAP, Web Services, etc.).
- Strong analytical ability to solve complex technical problems. Familiarity with Agile methods.
- Extensive knowledge and working experience with C# and/or Java
- Experience with POSTMAN or similar API building platform
- Expertise with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other source control products
- Experience with developing in a cloud service architecture.
- Experience with Cerner Millennium applications and technical integration within Cerner Millennium, athenaIDX and it's Developer Resources, and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills required.
- Experience with interface engines (ie, Cloverleaf, Open Engine, Open Link, MirthConnect)
