In this role, the Physician will assume primary critical care responsibility in conjunction with the Neurosurgical and Stroke teams, for the care and services rendered to neuro patients plus general critical care patients admitted to the ICU. You will conduct daily multidisciplinary rounds in one of two Neuro-ICUs managing a maximum of 14 patients. In addition to having demonstrable core competencies in Neurology and Critical Care, the ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a highly collaborative team, proficiency to maintain excellent clinical documentation, an understanding of patient safety and high reliability in patient care.

Requirements:
Board Eligible/Certified in Neurocritical Care
Superior training, background, clinical and interpersonal skills
