Overview:
Responsible for greeting patients, families, friends and co-workers as they enter the Mercy facilities. Provides transportation, directions and escorts individuals to their destination, as needed. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM REQUIRED
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Licensure: Must possess a current driver's license in applicable state of practice with passenger.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience beneficial.
- Other skills & knowledge (skills, knowledge, abilities): Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Good organizational skills with a demonstrated skill in human relations and communications.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Drive a vehicle for long periods of time and/or stands and walks the majority of the day.
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds required.Equipment Used: Motor vehicles ranging in size of golf carts to passenger van.
