Overview:

 

Mercy Hospital Ozark is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Franklin County, and affiliated with Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.

 

 

Incentives:

  • Education Pathway: LPN to RN
    • $10,000 in Assistance for LPN to RN
    • Up to $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness
    • Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year
  • Relocation Assistance up to $3,000 per policy
  • Stay Premium Program- up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

Qualifications:

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
    • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
    • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support Certification through an American Heart Association approved program
