This is a PRN Position

Schedule: 5 AM - 2:30 PM; Monday - Friday

Overview:

• Total operation of Mercy Wellness on Tour bus following Mercy policy and procedures for driving vehicles.
• Responsible for daily set up and shut down procedures including operating checklist and basic bus maintenance.
• Keeps bus log up to date and informs Bus operator of any issues or problems on the bus.
• Registers mammogram patients and makes sure their paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Acts as patient access co-worker, obtaining all necessary billing information, completing Health System and government regulated forms correctly and following guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and one year advanced classes at a technical school.
• Licensure: Current Missouri Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Class B with air brake endorsement.
• Experience: Four years verifiable clean driving experience, accident free, ticket free.
• Certifications: Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
• Other: Good organizational skills and treats clients following Mercy standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule: early and long days. Good communication skills a must. Self motivated with ability to work well with others. Ability to work under pressure, handle disruptions in schedule, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Preferred Education: Associate degree preferred.
• Preferred Experience: One to Two years driving experience on a tractor trailer truck or a large recreational vehicle.
• Preferred Other: Clinical knowledge/terminology helpful.
