Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: High School plus specialized training (minimum 6 months)
Licensure:
Valid Drivers License for all Mercy locations
Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum working as an office manager or department assistant Certification/Registration:
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Requires strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and follow instructions.
Verbal ability required to read and understand manuals. Numerical ability required to make calculations.
Ability to prioritize work assignments, conceptualize and formulate finished product.
Ability to performance manage suppliers and contractors.
Requires proficient and proven knowledge and use of various computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must have experience with data base management.
Ability to manage time and materials efficiently. Completes work assignments in a high-quality manner and the lowest cost to Mercy.
Requires exceptional customer service skills and ability to achieve department goals.
Able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: 2 or more years of formal training in data management, accounting, purchasing, or office management. Trained in the use of Microsoft Teams, Webex, and SharePoint.
Licensure:
Experience: 5 or more years working as an office manager or department assistant in a healthcare environment. Certification/Registration: None
