What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy and adjust care as patients progress
- Educate and empower patients and caregivers with home programs and safety guidance
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Licensure: Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri
- Certifications: Current BLS certification (must be active before providing independent care)
- Experience: New grads welcome! 6 months to 1 year of experience in rehab or with adult/geriatric patients is preferred
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
