Mercy Clinic Lebanon Family Medicine

full time, 40 hours per week

Overview:

• Directly responsible for the daily operations and staff supervision of multiple business units or a highly complex site with a large number of providers and staff.
• Ensures professional and technical operation of clinical unit with high complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. 
• Responsible for the overall independent management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives:
  • Physician Satisfaction
  • Co-Worker Satisfaction
  • Patient Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance
• Performs all related duties as assigned
• Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

-Reports to Primary Care Performance Division Director 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years clinic management experience. Master's Degree preferred 
• Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in clinic management.
• Knowledge of office management and human resource management practices
• Knowledge of health care administration principles, CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Extensive knowledge of managed care billing practices required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships with physicians, staff and the public
