Overview:

 

The grant program manager will administer and oversee all grant funded training activities conducted in all 29 counties of the Missouri Delta and Ozark counties. This position is a grant-funded, full-time, temporary position with the potential to become a fulltime permanent position. The positions will report to the President of the College (PI) and will report on all activities to each co-investigator. The incumbent will be provided with a computer and requisite software to be successful; and will be expected to provide their own travel within the designated counties as appropriate, as well as coordinate and oversee training via Zoom or other virtual software. The grant manager may be located on the college campus with the ability to work remotely as necessary. Applicants must be a self-starter, self-motivated and complete work as expected without direct supervision. Applicant's ability to complete responsibilities and meet deadlines is necessary. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and public relation skills are essential

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience: Minimum of 1 year Direct healthcare field or workforce environment (indirect experience may be considered). Minimum of 1 year Trainer or educator experience required. Minimum of 6 months Learning Management Software (LMS), used for synchronous content delivery required.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (Education, Health Sciences, Nursing, Business, Management, Public Policy, etc).

Preferred Education: Master's degree or equivalent degree preferred (Education, Health Sciences, Nursing, Business, Management, Public Policy, etc.).
