$15,000 Sign On Bonus, ($5,000 for new grad RN) - No contract!
Shifts/Roles available:
- Full Time Nights - 7p-7a
- Part Time Nights - 7p-7a 24hrs/week (same sign on bonus as Full time)
- FT Weekend Nights - $15 Incentive, 1-yr agreement to work all shfts Fri-Sat-Sun
- FT Resource RN Nights Pay rate based on experience, higher grade than RN
Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License
Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS; if new to the unit nurse will obtain within the first three months of employment in Critical Care
Other: Completes Hospital and Unit Specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/ Education Coordinator.
Preferred Education: BSN, preferred

- $10,000 sign on bonus for full-time RNs with more than 1 year of RN experience, paid out over 2 years
