Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for scheduling appointments, routing telephone calls, receiving patients, and performing various other administrative functions. Position Details: The Scheduler is responsible for day to day scheduling of patients, routing telephone calls, and other clerical functions. The Scheduler assists in appointment calls as well as any and all clerical tasks as assigned. The scheduler will serve in a customer service role with a mindfulness of Mercy standard of service and quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge.
