Looking for a full time Social Worker to provide support to patients
in hospice care who are in Franklin and Crawford County.

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker II to serve in our community-based hospice program in Washington, MO, with a strong emphasis on safety, risk management, and psychosocial support.

Overview:
Provides social work services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Social Work.
- Experience: 0-2 years experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Preferred Licensure: LMSW or LCSW in the state of Missouri
- Other Skills & Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentiality.
