  • The majority of the workday in this position will be performing eService job function(s) similar to reporting staff.
  • When not performing eService job functions, schedules resources and monitors schedule adherence to ensure service levels are met for eService functions including Online Banking secure messages, Membercare emails, WebChats, Billpay cases, Virtual and Online New Accounts, and ITM's.
  • Coaches, develops, mentors, and expands the expertise of eServices employees, by providing tools and resources to enable them to deliver a stellar member experience.
  • Maintains a highly knowledgeable, competent, and technology-literate team. Displays a personal example of professional conduct and commitment to employees and to Mission Fed.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent is required.  Two years of relevant experience can substitute for every one year of education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in the financial services industry with progressively responsible duties is required.
  • Experience successfully working with a team of people in a functional guidance/lead or supervisory capacity is preferred. Call Center experience is additionally preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills along with solid decision-making and trouble-shooting skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential.
  • Symitar for Windows and ACD experience is preferred.

This position is a 9N pay grade.

Base Pay/Salary:

$27.00 - $38.00 per hour

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $27.00 - $38.00 per hour. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
