• Answer incoming calls with questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries.
• Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications on multiple insurance carrier platforms.
• Assist agency producers with incoming requests for insurance quotes.
• Import insureds information into the agency platform allowing producers to reach out for quotes or other service needs.
• Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies.
• Assist insureds with claims and follow up on all claim notifications we receive from the carrier. INDMF

Here is what we are looking for:

• High School Degree, G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is required. Knowledge of insurance products and policies is preferred. P&C License is a plus.
• Skills & Abilities:Excellent active listening, interpersonal and communication skills are required.

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

The hourly rate range that we expect to pay for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
