• Lead, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions across a variety of products and business lines to support organizational goals of member growth and retention.
• Collaborate with internal business leads to identify market opportunities and define strategy and goals in alignment with organization strategic plan.
• Lead marketing automation software implementation, and leverage tool to develop and manage content and targeting strategies that optimize member journeys and engagement, deepen relationships, and cultivate brand loyalty and retention.
• In partnership with in-house marketing analyst, establish, report and improve upon KPIs for member campaigns, programs and segments.
• Support and request content creation for a variety of channels and target audiences from print to digital (website, branch TVs, email, digital banking platform, etc.)

Here is what we are looking for:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing.  Two years of equivalent work experience can substitute for every one year of education.
• 5+ years of product marketing for a financial services company.
• Experience with implementation and management of marketing automation tools is required.
• A minimum of five years of financial industry experience (bank, credit union or fintech) with a deep understanding of marketing retail banking/financial services products and services. Experience working in agile framework a plus.
• Excellent project and time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. INDMF

Base Pay/Salary:

$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00. Actual bases pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
