Monmouth Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in the New Jersey Coastal town of Long Branch only 2 blocks from the Ocean.

The Health Center offers health care services in the disciplines of Internal and Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Dental, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Social Services, Mental Health, Podiatry and HIV.

Direct Care Providers function as a Medical Group and are employed by the Health Center.

The Wellness Center, located at 80 Pavilion Avenue offers the following services and procedures: General and High-Risk Obstetrics, General Gynecology and Oncology, and procedures such as colposcopies, ultrasound and leeps.

The practice includes a combination of direct care providers (direct care)  and Monmouth Medical Center residents and preceptors (teaching program).
