**Job Title: Full-Time Concierge (Monday - Friday)**

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
**Job Summary:**
As a Full-Time Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. You will assist with a range of requests, and ensure that every experience with our organization is memorable.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and tact.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and messages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge area.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including assisting sales and activity directors with their requests.
- Uphold the company's standards for customer service and hospitality.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
