Program Analyst, NPI

NEXTracker is seeking an outstanding Business Analyst - Program Manager (NPI) to facilitate a NEXTracker New Product Development. This Business Systems Analyst role combines a deep understanding of supply chain business processes, proficiency in system integration and automation, and the ability to maintain visual data management  for informed decision-making. Additionally, the candidate is expected to take a leadership role, guiding the team and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process performance, facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.
  • Provide support for system application integration, ensuring seamless interaction between different software solutions.
  • Work closely with global business system team and Anaplan team to improve existing systems.
  • Process data to develop and create high-level insightful NPI dashboards that are easy to understand for stakeholders using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of data used in dashboards and reporting.
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and reports.
  • Automation skills to streamline and automate manual data entry tasks, increasing operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams (i.e. product management, engineering, quality, project engineering, applications engineering) and be proactive to co-ordinate and fill gaps.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and where possible, contribute to the development of solutions with management support.
  • Regularly report on project status, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance NPI processes and systems for continuous improvement.
  • Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements, technology, and business priorities.
  • Drive change management, ensuring the maintenance of project status and closely monitoring for any gaps.
  • Work on fetching data from existing true sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Implementing systems to ease tracking tasks and workflow using agile methodology (Jira, Confluence, Arena, and NetSuite).
  • To observe, analyze and document the NPI processes, workflows, issues and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities.
  • Preparing dashboards for quick executive level summary to know program status.
  • Providing recommendations based on product development expertise with focus guided by program execution balancing quality, speed to market, cost reduction, and constructability.
  • Convene process redesign workshops internally or through external resources, educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and documenting processes.
  • Improve how our organization and business operates to help better support and service our Customer.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science. MBA with specialization in Business Analytics or other related discipline with be preferable. Minimum 5-7 yrs. of overall experience required.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
  • Proficient in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements from stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and manipulate data for insights. Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience on managing process/systems for new part development.
  • Possess a strong understanding of business processes and their interdependencies.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
  • Knowledge of Program management tools like Jira and confluence is preferable. (Not Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of PLM software like “Arena” and enterprise resource planning software like “NetSuite” is preferable.

  • Experience in working in international teams and with customers & understanding of dealing with customer support and O&M issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills with Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with proven management experience.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
