Nextracker is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at tour Fremont headquarters, California. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing the team's milestones, develop and maintain KPIs, and executive analytics. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. You will have direct integration with departments directors, supporting monthly reporting progress to C-Level within the organization.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…

• Establish Milestones and KPI Management:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain operations.
  • Track and report on the team's milestones, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Supply Chain Analytics:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations.

• Supply Chain OPEX (Operating Expense) Control:
  • Manage the team's OPEX by monitoring budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure Supply Chain financial targets are met.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration across Supply Chain verticals:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, NPI, and sustainability to align analytics with strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.

Here is some of what you'll need (required)…

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain
• Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain analytics role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience driving initiatives.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives in the supply chain is a plus.
• Thrive working in a fast paced, startup environment.

Salary Range - $100,000-135,000
