Pay Range: $14.98 - $17.60 hourly

 

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

As NFM's Records and Supplies Specialist, you will coordinate and assist in all mailroom activities. You will also assist Records Management in daily business and ensure adequate inventory level of business supplies to fulfill the needs of the staff.

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Coordinate and assists in all mailroom area activities
  • Manage Sort, prep, scan and destroy critical NFM documents. Monitor, burn, load and check data group CDs
  • Plan Order and distribute supplies
  • Assist Administrative duties
    • Works with vendors on equipment maintenance and repair
    • Checks all systems and equipment to ensure proper operations
  • Monitor Retrieve documents. Maintain box storage. Support all customers. Retrieve and sort all incoming mail and boxes.  Destroy boxes of expired documents.  Clean scanners

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred
  • 1 year office or clerical experience
  • Ability to operate and maintain an approved USPS meter machine
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Internet experience preferred
  • Outlook experience preferred
  • Data Entry skills of 50 KPM
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
