Pay Range: $74,894 - 92,869 annually Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's Regional Warehouse Training Manager, you'll guide our Warehouse training departments and build impactful programs that strengthen skills, boost performance, and support our long‑term vision. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Monitor Oversee training scheduling and collaborate with warehouse training managers on ongoing scheduling and staffing needs Manage Responsible for meeting KPIs to measure staff member performance to ensure proper lifting, loading and machine operations techniques are being used Develop Training programs to be delivered by training managers and warehouse trainers Plan Create and implement comprehensive and individualized training and development plans that address needs and expectations Evaluate Organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field or equivalent experience 5 years warehouse experience that included any of the following: inventory management, material handling, traffic/receiving, and distribution/delivery 8 years supervisory or management experience Training or teaching experience (OJT, classroom or systems) preferred Ability to facilitate and design training programs preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience managing labor and non-labor costs Knowledge of OSHA, fire protection systems, building security, and safety program Knowledge of inventory control systems Computer knowledge to include MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Ability to travel to other locations Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle and criminal background checkBenefits: What's in It for You?
